We are looking for an Aerospace Structures Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team focused on the design, analysis, and development of structural components for aircraft and aerospace systems. This role is critical in ensuring the structural integrity, safety, and performance of airframes and related assemblies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or aerospace engineering, with expertise in finite element analysis (FEA), composite materials, and structural testing.
As an Aerospace Structures Engineer, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including aerodynamics, propulsion, manufacturing, and systems engineering to develop innovative solutions for both commercial and defense aerospace applications. You will be responsible for creating detailed structural designs, performing stress and fatigue analysis, and validating designs through simulation and physical testing. Your work will directly contribute to the development of next-generation aircraft and space vehicles.
This position requires a deep understanding of aerospace materials, structural mechanics, and industry standards such as FAR, JSSG, and MIL-STD. You should be proficient in using CAD and FEA tools such as CATIA, NX, ANSYS, or NASTRAN. Experience with composite structures, additive manufacturing, and lightweight design principles is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be expected to present your findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of cutting-edge aerospace projects and contribute to the advancement of aviation and space exploration technologies.
